Key Responsibilities:

  • Address customer questions and concerns regarding product and delivery information
  • Provide product information, review alternative solutions if an item is out of stock, and place orders for customers
  • Successfully negotiate and appease customers using a variety of methods established by blithequark guidelines
  • Check inventory, process returns, issue replacements and credits for damaged or defective merchandise
  • Perform other duties as assigned

Essential Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or GED
  • 1-2 years of previous customer service experience
  • Experience in a performance-based or metric-driven environment
  • Strong ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with capable data entry skills

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment
  • Familiarity with customer service software and technology
  • Excellent problem-solving and conflict resolution skills

  • Mac IOS 12 or newer

Software:

  • A PC that is fully updated with all current Windows and all optional updates
  • Anti-virus program running on your computer (Microsoft Defender is sufficient)
  • Google Chrome (our systems work best with this browser)

Processor and RAM:

  • 6 GB RAM or higher (recommended: 8 GB or higher)

Internal Storage:

  • Enough free space available to install needed systems and run them effectively

Display/Monitor:

  • Minimum Optimal Screen Resolution: 1920x1080

Devices and Peripherals:

  • External mouse (wired preferred)
  • Keyboard (wired preferred)
  • Webcam (will be utilized for training and meetings)
  • USB headset (wired required – wireless/Bluetooth headsets not acceptable)
