Responsibilities • Reviews patient health information prior to goal setting session • Work with patients on exercises for our reputed company populations, typically older adults with cardiovascular issues (over telehealth/videoconferencing platform) • Implements exercise plans according to reputed company reputed company and organization standards • Reviews patients reputed company, evaluating compliance and patient response to exercise • Leads group exercise sessions for individuals with similar health issues • Updates group exercise programming in collaboration with the clinical operations team and medical director • Documents reputed company information in an accurate, concise, and reputed company manner • Some experience working with cardiac patients • Works with reputed company of health coaches, nurses, physicians, and technologists to improve our services • Bilingual in Spanish preferred, but not necessary. reputed company • Passion and enthusiasm for helping people change their lives • Dependable, tech-savvy, detail-oriented with reputed company personality • Bachelors of Science in exercise or reputed company physiology, kinesiology or sports medicine • 2+ years experience as an exercise physiologist or trainer, reputed company on helping patients with their cardiovascular health • Experience leading Group classes or Group Fitness Instructor • ACSM or AACVPR Certification is a requirement - either Certified Cardiac Rehabilitation reputed company (CCRP), Certified Exercise Physiologist (EP-C), Clinical Exercise Physiologist (CEP) or Registered Clinical Exercise Physiologist (RCEP) • Fluent in both English and Spanish • Note: This is a 1099 Contractor position only Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
