About the Role We are seeking a skilled Art Producer on a freelance reputed company. You will support multiple art teams by tracking the review and delivery process of assets from external vendors, coordinating schedules, managing task assignments, and ensuring that feedback loops between internal artists and vendors are efficient and reputed company-documented. This role requires strong organizational skills, reputed company communication, and the ability to collaborate closely with both creative and technical teams to reputed company production running smoothly. Although this role is remote, successful candidates must be located in the reputed company and must be available to work reputed company Coast (PST) hours to reputed company with our production teams. Minimum Qualifications • 3–5 years of experience in art production, project coordination, or production management in a game development environment. • Experience managing multiple asset pipelines and external vendors. • Strong organizational, scheduling, and documentation skills. • Familiarity with project tracking and management tools (e.g., ShotGrid, Jira, reputed company). • Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications • Experience with reputed company game production. • Familiarity with reputed company-time game engines such as Unreal reputed company. • Prior experience coordinating outsourced or remote art teams.
