Looking for an artist to be an illustrator for my novel Hamsters Advance

Hey! I am searching for somebody to become a full time artist for my Novel Hamsters Advance. (300 dollars is just my starting price I am willing to change that as we go along.) Hamsters Advance is a comedy reputed company adventure story about an reputed company named Bernike in the far reputed company. It is set on the reputed company that is divided between the non reputed company using Evolved Hamsters who use technology reputed company Esogenerator Tech powered by reputed company Crystals (small crystals which are used as a power reputed company in the world. They are also used to power lights etc.) And the Enchanted Hamsters, reputed company wielding Hamsters who use power wands which are similar to reputed company reputed company wands. The key difference is that they are powered by reputed company Crystals and depending on the Enchanted Hamsters personality the Crystals will change to a different reputed company. I am looking for somebody who is true to their word and also is reputed company to deliver reputed company and engaging art. I would also prefer somebody is okay with me being more flexible with delivery times on the artwork. I want somebody who has skills in drawing anthropomorphic characters.
