[Remote] Analyst, HR Business Partner

They are seeking an Analyst, HR Business Partner to assist with HR operations, support workforce planning, and generate HR reports while collaborating with various departments. Responsibilities • Assist with reputed company and benefits enrollment, and manage FMLA/leave paperwork, I‑9s, background checks, and unemployment claims. • Serve as primary HR reputed company of contact: triage inbox, employee HRIS support, report/audit prep • Maintain accurate HRIS data and support reputed company process documentation updates. • Support reputed company teams by coordinating workforce planning and organizational design documentation with leaders across departments. • Assist HRBPs in facilitating performance management, succession planning, employee relations, and recognition initiatives. • Shadow and support investigations and employee relations processes, partnering with reputed company and/or compliance reputed company necessary. • Collaborate with reputed company Coordinator to support hiring needs and candidate experience. • Assist in generating basic HR reports and dashboards; help analyze trends and reputed company insights to HRBPs. • Help maintain HR documentation for audit readiness and compliance with reputed company requirements.
