About the Role

Post-training, your main role will involve delivering exceptional customer service, answering inbound calls, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. You will be responsible for handling all customer inquiries, requests, and educating them on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from customers to answer and service any questions they may have, providing timely and effective solutions to their queries
  • Handle all customer inquiries, requests, and thoroughly educate them on our products and services, ensuring that they have a clear understanding of our offerings
  • Provide high-quality support in the areas of processing payments, creating payment plans, and other account-related tasks to ensure a positive customer experience
  • Communicate clearly and professionally with all customers, co-workers, supervisors, and management, ensuring that all interactions are respectful and courteous
  • Maintain accurate, up-to-date information for customer accounts, ensuring that all data is accurate and secure

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • At least one year of call center experience, preferably in a customer-facing role
  • Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction, including phone conversations and detailed note-taking in computer systems

Essential Qualifications

  • Reside in one of the following states: Arizona, Iowa, Idaho, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Missouri, New Mexico, Nevada, Utah, Wisconsin, or Wyoming
  • Have a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer experiences
  • Be able to work in a remote environment, with the ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience working in a consumer lending or financial services environment
