Job Summary

- Utilize CRM software to document customer interactions and track progress on customer inquiries, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.

- Meet or exceed customer service goals and KPIs set by the company, ensuring exceptional performance and customer satisfaction.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of customer service experience, providing a solid foundation for delivering exceptional service and support.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, ensuring effective and efficient communication with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
