Job Summary

We're looking for a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our remote customer care team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will work from home virtually, providing top-notch support to our customers via phone, email, and web. You'll be the face of blithequark, delivering best-in-class service experiences that build long-term relationships and drive customer loyalty.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Support: Virtually assist customers and other advisors with billing/insurance verification, product, or service questions, providing timely and effective solutions.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving: Anticipate and proactively identify solutions to common customer questions, ensuring seamless interactions.
  • Issue Resolution: Take ownership of customer issues from start to finish, partnering with pharmacists and pharmacy staff when clinical advisement is necessary.
  • Technical Support: Provide technical support to customers navigating our pharmacy website, ensuring a smooth and intuitive experience.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Foster long-term relationships with customers, understanding that each interaction is an opportunity to build trust and loyalty.
  • Communication: Maintain excellent communication skills, both spoken and written, to effectively engage with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Work Schedule: Work a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours, with a commitment of 40 hours per week.
  • Work Environment: Adhere to our Work From Home policy, maintaining a secure and private work environment that protects customer information.

Basic Qualifications

  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required (must be 18 years of age or older).
  • Technical Skills: 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools.
  • Multitasking: Experience multitasking with phone and computer skills.
  • Pre-Employment Screening: Pass a pre-employment drug test to be considered for the role.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Customer Service Experience: 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
  • Call Center Experience: Experience working in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Healthcare Experience: Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Fast-Paced Work Environment: Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
  • Teamwork: Demonstrated ability to work as a team member.
