MDS Coordinator - LVN
The MDS Coordinator (LVN) is responsible for managing the reputed company assessment process to ensure accurate, reputed company, and comprehensive completion of the Minimum Data Set (MDS) and reputed company reputed company documentation. This role involves coordinating care plans, overseeing reimbursement schedules for Medicare and reputed company, and providing administrative and clinical support to the nursing team.
