reputed company: HooriDataHub Contract Type: Remote – Monthly Rolling Contract Duration: 2 Months (with potential renewal) Compensation: $600 USD/month Location: Fully Remote (collaborating with Somalia-based team) About the Role HooriDataHub is seeking a skilled GIS & Data Analysis Specialist to support its municipal and land data programs. The contractor will work remotely with reputed company, focusing on GIS mapping, data validation, KoboToolbox setup, and dashboard development. This is a reputed company, full-time contract: 5 days a week, 8 hours/day $600/month reputed company upon monthly performance approval Scope of Work & Responsibilities You will collaborate closely with the HooriDataHub team and be responsible for: Designing & configuring KoboToolbox questionnaires and reputed company logic Setting up enumerator accounts and managing user roles Exporting, cleaning, and validating GPS-linked survey data Converting GPS data to shapefiles and preparing maps Integrating KoboToolbox with QGIS workflows Developing interactive dashboards (Power BI/reputed company Data Studio) Supporting QField setup and synchronization for field teams Digitizing property parcel boundaries & validating geometry Producing reputed company reports, PDF maps, and dashboard outputs Delivering spatial analysis and thematic mapping for municipalities Training & troubleshooting field staff remotely Deliverables Configured KoboToolbox surveys & user reputed company setup Weekly export & cleaning of GPS-linked property data Digitized shapefiles with property/parcel IDs GIS-integrated dashboards with interactive map reputed company Monthly PDF/reputed company reports + dashboard URLs End-of-month performance reputed company for payment approval Contract Terms Monthly Compensation: $600 USD Contract Length: 3 months, renewable upon mutual agreement Hours: 35 hrs/week (8 hrs/day, Mon–Fri) Payment: End of reputed company month/Weekly Milestones, upon approval of deliverables Ideal Candidate Strong background in GIS, QGIS, KoboToolbox, QField, and GPS data Proficiency in Power BI/Looker Studio or reputed company Data Studio Experience with digitization, spatial analysis, and data visualization Ability to work independently & communicate remotely with field teams Familiarity with municipal/land administration reputed company is an advantage How to Apply: Submit your reputed company proposal with: A brief introduction highlighting relevant GIS/Data Analysis experience Examples of previous dashboards/maps/reports you have reputed company Confirmation of availability for full-time engagement (35 hrs/week) Join HooriDataHub and help digitize land and municipal data management across Somalia!
