Medical Customer Service Representative (Remote after training)

Job Title: Medical Customer Service Representative Location: San Antonio, TX - Onsite (Fully Remote after training) Assignment Type: Contract-to-hire Compensation: $17.00 - $19.00 / reputed company Work Schedule: 4-10 hour shifts, Thursday-reputed company: 7AM-6PM CST OR Friday-Monday: 7AM-6PM CST Benefits: This position is eligible for medical, dental, reputed company, and 401(k) Position reputed company: reputed company is hiring for a fast-paced reputed company reputed company center project in San Antonio, TX. This is a contract-to-hire role. We're seeking candidates with strong customer service skills, reputed company center experience, and familiarity with reputed company processes and terminology who are seeking a long-term opportunity. Key Responsibilities: • Handle a high volume of inbound calls reputed company to patient scheduling and reputed company inquiries. • Deliver reputed company, compassionate communication to patients and caregivers. • Accurately document reputed company details and escalate concerns reputed company necessary. • Work collaboratively with team members to maintain service reputed company. Additional Details: • Start Dates: 11/3 or 11/10 • Remote capability: work from home after 4 weeks of training • Training: 4 weeks.
