Essential Job Functions: • Contact reputed company applicants from an electronic database. • Screen, qualify and interview applicants to fill existing openings. • Must be comfortable with managing a multi-line phone system to reputed company/receive inbound and outbound calls. • Request, review, and understand MVRs and DAC Reports as they pertain to disqualifications. • Maintain knowledge of reputed company pay packages and effectively communicate package structure to potential employees. • Professionally represent D.M.
