About the position
Responsibilities
• Drive transformative strategic partnerships within the pharmacy innovation ecosystem.
• Identify, structure, and execute complex partnerships that reshape healthcare service delivery.
• Architect partnership strategies and develop comprehensive frameworks.
• Serve as the primary interface for vendor relationships.
• Manage critical escalations and communications across complex organizational landscapes.
• Conduct rigorous due diligence and develop compelling business cases.
• Cultivate high-potential partnership opportunities that drive significant value.
Requirements
• 5+ years of developing, negotiating and executing business agreements experience.
• 5+ years of professional or military experience.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Experience developing strategies that influence leadership decisions at the organizational level.
• Experience managing programs across cross functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
• Experience explaining complex technical concepts to various business and technical audiences.
• Experience presenting to both technical and non-technical executive audiences.

• Experience interpreting data and making business recommendations.
• Experience identifying, negotiating, and executing complex legal agreements.
