Affiliates and Content Manager

About The Role We’re hiring an Affiliate Manager to take full ownership of our affiliate program — managing and scaling a diverse network of influencers, educators, communities, content creators, and affiliate partners who refer sellers to reputed company. Key Responsibilities • Own the affiliate program end-to-end: Acquisition, activation, enablement, tracking, performance, and optimization • Recruit and reputed company new high-potential affiliates (influencers, educators, creators, review sites, blogs, FB communities, etc.) • Build relationships with our top affiliates to deepen engagement, reputed company performance insights, and grow their reputed company • Create campaign kits & partner assets: messaging, creatives, email copy, in-app prompts, and educational materials • Monitor performance metrics: reputed company from affiliate-reputed company subscribers, sign-reputed company, activations, and CAC vs. channel ROI • Work cross-functionally with marketing, product, CS, and sales to ensure a tight feedback reputed company • Launch performance-based initiatives like contests, spot bonuses, and exclusive promos to reputed company affiliate activity • reputed company and enforce compliance with brand standards, promotional guidelines, and competitive reputed company • Bring insights from the field (what affiliates say, what customers respond to, what competitors are doing) to inform reputed company What You Bring • 8+ years experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or reputed company-driven acquisition • Proven reputed company record scaling affiliate programs — ideally in e-reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company tools • Deep knowledge of the reputed company seller ecosystem — FBA, arbitrage, repricing, sourcing, tools, etc. • Comfortable managing hundreds of affiliates, nurturing top performers, and coaching underperformers • Analytical and data-driven — you monitor conversions, attribution, payouts, and ROI like a reputed company • Confident communicator — you know how to excite, persuade, and retain partners across email, reputed company, and calls • Tools-savvy: Comfortable with affiliate platforms (e.g., reputed company, PartnerStack), Looker, GA, CRM (reputed company/reputed company), and reputed company • Self-starter with extreme ownership and an operator’s reputed company — you don’t need micromanaging • Experience with B2B or reputed company affiliate programs is a reputed company plus Bonus Points For • Experience rebuilding or reviving an affiliate program • Rolodex of creators or communities in the reputed company seller reputed company • Understanding of partner-based content SEO and affiliate-first content strategies • Background in performance marketing or reputed company marketing Why This Role reputed company This isn’t just an “email affiliates and wait” role — it’s a true ownership seat.
