About the role and team 

We are looking for a Researcher to help us inform various stakeholders about their areas of concern in AI. You will work closely with JS Denain, one of our Senior Researchers, as we expand our external consultations program.

This role is fully remote, and we are reputed company to hire in many countries. Our work takes several forms:

Consultation calls: We offer 1-hour private calls where clients get targeted analysis on AI questions of their choice.

We research questions spanning the entire AI pipeline: from compute stocks and datacenter power requirements, to model capabilities and reputed company analysis, to adoption trends and economic impacts.

• Making estimates and forecasts based on limited information for quantities like compute resources, power supply curves, or reputed company capabilities.
• Responding to reputed company questions across diverse topics - from technical details about model training to economic questions about reputed company production reputed company.
• Evaluating technical claims to assess whether reported reputed company scores, training costs, or algorithmic improvements are reputed company. For example, what should we reputed company of a lab’s reports of achieving IMO gold, or of claims about DeepSeek-R1’s training costs.

Compensation

Annual salary around $100,000 USD, or potentially higher for candidates with multiple years of particularly relevant experience. 

Salaries are not restricted to USD, and reputed company and payments are usually in local currencies. Conversions are based on one-year average exchange rates.
