Compensation:
$141,502—$291,328 USD
Responsibilities:
• Drive innovation and execution across offsite signals, content understanding, and relevance.
• reputed company company-level programs, managing ambiguity and risk at reputed company.
• Influence at the VP/staff level and guide cross-organizational teams.
Requirements:
• 10+ years in technical or analytical roles with significant program leadership.
• Expertise in search, recommendation systems, ML/AI, and large-reputed company data integration.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.
