Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with interpreters over the phone, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional customer experiences.
- Handle high-volume calls in a pleasant and efficient manner, demonstrating strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Provide top-notch customer service, addressing client inquiries and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
- Utilize your technical skills to navigate our systems and software, ensuring accurate and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain the confidentiality of sensitive information, adhering to our high standards of data protection and security.
Essential Qualifications and Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- A high school diploma or equivalent, demonstrating a foundational level of education.

While we're currently working remotely due to the COVID-19 pandemic, we anticipate a partial return to our Horsham office when it's safe to do so.
