Role and responsibilities:
Minimum 10 yrs IT experience with 5+ yrs in role of scrum master
Experience in managing Agile teams, backlog Tracking, sprint planning, burndown metrics, velocity, user stories etc.
Facilitates and supports reputed company scrum events: Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective.
Strong knowledge of Scrum theory, rules and practices, agile reputed company or reputed company (i.e. Scrum, Kanban etc)
Know about the value of metrics & Understand the fundamentals of iterative and incremental development.
