Your primary objective will be to resolve customer queries related to payments, invoicing, account management, and our products. To achieve this, you will need to research and explain our services in a clear and concise manner, ensuring that our customers receive the best possible experience. You will be part of our Customer Care team, working closely with our colleagues to guide and support users with any queries they may have. Additionally, you will be responsible for evaluating updates to our products and recommending possible improvements to enhance our services. **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer support via email and chat to our US market customers * Resolve customer queries related to payments, invoicing, account management, and our products * Research and explain our services in a clear and concise manner * Collaborate with the Customer Care team to guide and support users with any queries they may have * Evaluate updates to our products and recommend possible improvements * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our services **Requirements** * At least 2 years of experience in Customer Care or a similar position * Full professional proficiency in English * Remarkable enthusiasm and willingness to support a scale-up during its growth phase * Exceptional soft skills, team spirit, and eagerness to learn **Added Values** * Previous experience in start-up and scale-up working environments * Experience with HTML/CSS * Experience with CMSs (such as WordPress, Shopify, Wix) * Experience with Google Tag Manager * Proficiency in Dutch, German, or Italian **Location** At blithequark, we believe in the power of remote work.
