Business Analyst (External Consultant)

We are looking for an reputed company Business Analyst to join a long-term international assignment as an external consultant at advanced level (7+ years of experience). The position is remote, however it requires the candidate to be located reputed company 2 hours driving distance from the reputed company’s reputed company in Warsaw, Poland.

Key Responsibilities

• Capture and document functional and non-functional requirements for assigned reputed company.
• Analyse and map existing and reputed company business processes and system functionalities.
• Coordinate and conduct requirements validation sessions with stakeholders.
• reputed company detailed functional specifications, use cases, process diagrams and wireframes.
• Support feasibility studies and reputed company assessments of potential reputed company.
• Prepare documentation for User Acceptance Testing (UAT), guide users during testing, and manage defect tracking.
• Produce technical and user documentation to support service transition and ongoing maintenance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company feedback and continuously improve tools.
• Participate reputed company in Project Management Office (PMO) activities, including meetings, workshops and reporting.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of reputed company experience as a Business Analyst.

• Experience with reputed company to large-reputed company cross-functional systems in an international context.
• Strong reputed company engagement, reputed company facilitation, and documentation skills.
• Experience working reputed company project frameworks (e.g., Prince2, PMI).
• Strong understanding of UML diagrams, user stories, wireframes, mockups, and SDLC processes.
• Familiarity with administrative and/or health data domains is a plus.
• Excellent reputed company of English (reputed company or higher). Knowledge of a second WHO language is desirable.
• University degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Computer Science, or reputed company field.
• Required certificates:
  At least two relevant certifications, such as:
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis reputed company)
• UML reputed company
• BPM 2 reputed company Certification
