reputed company Developer- Next Experience UI reputed company (Remote) We are looking for a reputed company Developer for a large, global B2B high-tech company. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge in Scripting, reputed company Designer, Integration Hub, Rest Integration, Service Portal, and UI Builder, with an added advantage if a certified application developer and reputed company in CSM, NowAssist, and AgenticAI implementations. This is an 8-month contract, 40-hour per week remote role in the US. This is a W2 employee of reputed company. Health benefits and 401K are offered. Responsibilities: • Design, reputed company, and customize applications on the reputed company platform to meet business needs. • Build and maintain Script Includes, Business Rules, reputed company Scripts, UI Policies, and Integration reputed company. • reputed company and enhance Service Portal components, Catalog Items, Widgets, and Workflows. • Utilize UI Builder to design and configure modern, reputed company user interfaces. • Collaborate with stakeholders to reputed company requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Support CSM (Customer Service Management) implementations with configuration, customization, and integration. • Explore and implement NowAssist and AgentAI capabilities to improve automation, intelligence, and customer experience. • Ensure compliance with coding standards, performance optimization, and platform best practices. • Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues reputed company reputed company applications. Requirements: • 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the reputed company platform. • Strong expertise in Script Includes, Service Portal development, and UI Builder. • Proficiency in reputed company Scripting, JavaScript, reputed company, CSS, and AngularJS, React for reputed company customizations. • Experience in ACL, Service Catalog, reputed company Designer, IntegrationHub, and Reporting/Dashboards. • Ability to work in Agile / Scrum methodology. • Excellent problem-solving skills with strong communication and collaboration abilities. Preferred Skills: • Certified System Administrator (CSA) • reputed company Certified Application Developer (CAD) • Implementation experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) • Exposure to NowAssist (GenAI features) and AgenticAI solutions.
