The QA Engineer will work in an Agile environment to ensure the delivery of high-quality software by developing test plans, executing tests, and tracking defects. Responsibilities • Develop comprehensive test plans based on project specifications and requirements. • Create detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test cases and test scripts. • Execute manual and automated tests to ensure the functionality, usability, and performance of software applications. • Identify, document, and track defects, and work with development teams to prioritize and resolve issues. • Perform regression testing to ensure that new features and enhancements do not negatively impact existing functionality. • Perform End-to-end testing across many systems in our environment including SaaS systems, Websites and Databases. Skills • Previous experience in software testing or quality assurance in an Agile environment, with a strong understanding of testing methodologies and processes. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and address issues effectively. • Experience writing and modifying SQL queries. • Experience using Postman and SoapUI to test API functionality. • Excellent communication skills to collaborate with team members and communicate testing status and results. • High attention to detail to identify and document defects accurately. • Proficiency in using testing tools and technologies, including test management systems, version control. • Experience testing Salesforce • Experience with Automation technologies like Cucumber and Selenium Education Requirements • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
