Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with customers via phone calls, emails, or chats to address their concerns and provide timely resolutions to package delivery issues.
  • Research and troubleshoot problems to ensure accurate and efficient resolution, utilizing our tracking system and other relevant tools.
  • Document customer interactions and package delivery information in our system to maintain accurate records and improve our services.
  • Collaborate with our regional facilities and delivery drivers to resolve issues and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to identify opportunities for growth and implement process enhancements.
  • Multitask on a computer using multiple applications while handling customer calls, demonstrating strong organizational and time management skills.

Essential Qualifications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to empathize with customers and provide clear, concise solutions.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the capacity to research and resolve complex issues.
  • Proficient in multitasking on a computer, using multiple applications simultaneously while on phone calls.
  • Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required.
  • Strong attention to detail and data entry skills, with a typing speed of at least 30 wpm (including 10 key).
  • Reliable internet connection and a Windows PC with 8GB RAM.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment background check and equipment check.

  • Previous experience in customer-facing roles, particularly in logistics or delivery services.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant tools.
