Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with product and process owners to define and capture business requirements, driving the development of innovative VOC solutions.
- Design and build robust data model architectures to support efficient data processing and standardized metric definitions.
- Leverage big data technologies (Hadoop, HDFS, MapReduce, Hive, Spark, and Python) to deliver scalable and accurate data solutions.
- Provide guidance on enhancing competencies to drive efficiency in computing programs using the big data ecosystem.
- Drive consumer tale analysis, design, and development of software programs, testing, and builds automation tools.
- Proactively identify and automate manual tasks to improve quality and efficiency.
- Work closely with partners from various business units to prioritize, define, develop, and test data for various use cases as part of the VOC end-to-end process.
Essential and Preferred Qualifications
To succeed as a Senior Statistics Architect at blithequark, you'll need:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Hive/Hadoop, PySpark, Python, shell scripting languages, development launch management, and troubleshooting for data-driven tasks.
