Job Overview

As a Remote Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our passengers, addressing their concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. Key Responsibilities

  • Exhibit master knowledge on all blithequark terminal activities cycles and methodology, providing ideal support to the Airports team in resolving questions and navigating processes.
  • Associate Crewmembers with available resources to resolve issues in the field, ensuring that Airports Crewmembers' calls/messages receive a response in 3 minutes or less.
  • Proficiently handle requests connected with Airport Tasks systems, including the Booking and Departure Control System, addressing framework functional inquiries promptly and collaborating with IT or colleagues to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
  • Coordinate all Airport activities during IRROPS, acting as the Client advocate by creating plans for the best Client outcome, and communicating relevant data and challenges to Dispatch/Support Control and impacted airports swiftly.
  • Develop redirection recovery plans and proactively monitor airport times to prevent regulatory infringements, sending Situation Reports (SITREPs) to operational leaders and stakeholders during IRROPS.
  • Ensure ideal declarations and conveniences for Clients during IRROPS, initiating and leading telephone calls with Authority, and communicating Client Recovery requirements to the Airports and the Client Service Center (CSC).
  • Send SMS messages to Clients during IRROPS to keep them informed about delays, cancellations, or redirection recovery plans, and work collaboratively with OCC Directors, Airport Operations, Flight Operations, Inflight, Maintenance, and the CSC to continuously improve processes.
