About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a vital role in applying the latest customer service techniques and learning our account management systems to improve the customer experience during challenging times. This part-time position offers flexibility, with approximately 3-29 hours per week, and you will have the opportunity to choose from a variety of shifts that suit your schedule. Our remote work arrangement allows you to work from the comfort of your home office, and we provide the necessary tools and support to ensure your success.

  • Saturday & Sunday 4:00PM-8:00PM
  • Saturdays Only 4:00PM-8:00PM
  • Sundays Only 4:00PM-8:00PM
  • Sundays Only 11:00AM-7:00PM
  • Saturday & Sunday 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Saturdays Only 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Sundays Only 8:00AM-4:00PM
  • Saturdays Only 8:00PM-12:00AM

Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, your primary duties will include:

  • Providing exceptional customer service and technical expertise through prompt, accurate, and courteous responses to customer inquiries
  • Offering empathy and support to customers during the claim process
  • Collecting and documenting claim details accurately
  • Identifying and resolving customer issues by adhering to client-specific handling instructions
  • Utilizing call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
  • Demonstrating punctuality and reliability, with the ability to work extended hours or additional shifts during peak periods or emergency situations
  • Adhering to break and lunch schedules to maintain productivity and ensure consistent customer service coverage

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A High School Diploma or general education degree (GED)
  • 1-2 years of quality assurance experience preferred
  • Language skills, including the ability to read and interpret documents, write routine correspondence, and project a confident, clear, and professional telephone presence
  • Bi-lingual in Spanish is preferred
  • Basic computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel, and the ability to type at least 40 words per minute
