Bober, Peterson & Koby, LLP is searching for an Associate Attorney with experience handling California workers’ compensation cases. The role involves creating client connections and practicing law in a supportive environment with opportunities for career growth.
Responsibilities
- Handle California workers’ compensation cases
- Create client connections with our current client base
- Develop arguments and be a quick thinker
- Be responsive and service oriented
- Practice law as envisioned when attending law school
Skills
- At least one full year of experience as a workers' compensation attorney or prior workers' compensation claims experience before becoming an attorney
- Must be licensed in CA
- Must be a problem solver
- Must have an optimistic attitude
- Must have a competitive spirit
- Must enjoy writing and be a good writer
- Must be able to develop arguments and be a quick thinker
- Must pride yourself on being responsive and service oriented
- Must want to practice law the way you thought law should be practiced when you decided to go to law school
