About the Role

Essential Qualifications:
- Availability for overnight shifts from 10pm - 7:00am PST, including weekend availability.

- Understanding of ecommerce and marketplace operations, with experience in customer service systems like Zendesk, Kustomer, or Intercom.
- A customer-centric approach, with an obsession for delivering the best possible outcomes for our users.
