Job Summary

blithequark is seeking dedicated and customer-focused individuals to join our Customer Service team as a full-time Customer Service Representative (Work from Home). Key Responsibilities

  • Meet Performance Targets: Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets, ensuring high service standards and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain Records: Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Follow Communication Procedures: Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies, ensuring consistency and quality in customer interactions.
  • Continuously Improve: Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction and maintain high service standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with customers and colleagues.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically, resolving customer concerns in a timely and effective manner.
  • Customer Support Experience: Proven customer support experience or experience as a client service representative, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Multi-Tasking and Time Management: Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively, ensuring efficient and productive work.
  • Familiarity with CRM Systems: Familiarity with CRM systems and practices, with the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
  • Independence and Self-Motivation: Ability to work independently and manage personal workflow, with minimal supervision.
  • Technology Skills: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools, with proficiency in using computers and various software applications.

Preferred Experience:
