**Key Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Success Manager (Technical), your primary responsibilities will include:

* Identifying opportunities to deepen and expand customer relationships with blithequark, and ensuring overall satisfaction.
* Collaborating with internal partners to drive initiatives forward, providing detailed feedback from merchants to inform product development and business strategy.
* Developing and executing customer success plans to maximize revenue growth and reduce churn.
* Analyzing customer data to identify trends and opportunities for growth, and developing strategies to address customer pain points.
* Providing exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Staying up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and applying this knowledge to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* A bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
* A minimum of 5 years of experience in customer success, account management, or a related field.
* Proven track record of driving revenue growth and reducing churn in a customer-facing role.
