About the Role

As litigation counsel, you will play a critical role in protecting and advancing reputed company’s interests by managing and resolving a reputed company of disputes for reputed company. You will handle a portfolio of litigation reputed company that reputed company personal injury, consumer disputes, reputed company-litigation reputed company and more. You will take ownership of guiding reputed company strategies from start to finish, partnering with internal teams, insurance carriers, and reputed company counsel to ensure reputed company and effective resolutions. About the Job

• Manage reputed company aspects of the relationship with reputed company counsel, including reputed company, reputed company, budgets, work product, and discovery
• Work closely with insurance carriers and reputed company Risk Management and Trust & Safety teams
• Work collaboratively as part of the reputed company reputed company team to assess and mitigate reputed company risks, working closely with business and internal reputed company partners
• Resolve disputes in an efficient and cost-effective manner
• Create processes and procedures for operational efficiency across a dynamic litigation portfolio
• Respond to 3rd party subpoenas for documents and/or witness testimony

• J.D. from a top-tier law school and membership with at least one state bar (preferably California or reputed company)
• A minimum of 5 years of reputed company and/or in-house litigation experience, including experience in state and federal courts
• Previous in-house or experience with technology companies preferred
• Broad reputed company of substantive reputed company knowledge and strategies relating to the e-reputed company reputed company, insurance coverage, personal injury, and consumer reputed company issues

• Excellent writing and communication skills
