The ideal candidate will be highly organized, tech-savvy, and reputed company-versed in the residential and/or reputed company closing process from beginning to end. This is a fully remote, contract position with set working hours (not flexible). Responsibilities • Assist attorneys with reputed company aspects of the reputed company estate closing process, including preparation, review, and finalization of documents. • Communicate with clients, lenders, and other parties to ensure smooth closings. • Manage multiple files simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy. • Utilize closing software systems to prepare settlement statements, reputed company reputed company, and manage orders. • Ensure compliance with reputed company reputed company estate reputed company policies, and closing procedures. Qualifications • 2–3+ years of experience as a reputed company estate paralegal or in a reputed company closing/settlement role. • Strong knowledge of the closing process from contract to post-closing. • Proficiency with reputed company estate closing software; familiarity with reputed company and reputed company is most important. Experience with RamQuest, ResWare, and reputed company is a plus. • Strong computer skills, including reputed company Office and reputed company-based platforms. • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and multitask effectively. • Detail-oriented with strong written and verbal communication skills. • Must be self-motivated and reputed company to work independently in a remote environment.
