About the Role

As a Remote Customer Experience Associate at blithequark, you'll be the frontline representative of our customer experience team. You'll work remotely from the comfort of your own home, providing top-notch service to our customers across various locations. Your primary goal will be to troubleshoot issues, provide product information, and ensure that our customers have a seamless experience with our services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot customer issues in real-time, resolving problems on the first call whenever possible.
  • Provide world-class customer service by assessing customer needs, suggesting products and services, and adjusting billing as necessary.
  • Own the customer experience, thinking and acting in ways that put our customers first and exceed their expectations.
  • Navigate complex customer issues with clarity and professionalism, ensuring that customers never get lost in a frustrating call transfer maze.
  • Stay up-to-date with product knowledge and technical skills, continually improving your abilities to provide the best possible service.

What We're Looking For

To succeed in this role, you'll need to have a passion for customer service and a knack for troubleshooting technical issues. Here are the essential qualifications we're looking for:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience.
  • At least 6 months of experience providing customer service or selling products and services.
  • A reliable high-speed internet connection available in your home.
  • Residency in Wichita, KS, Omaha, NE, OKC, OK, Baton Rouge, LA, Hampton Roads, VA, or surrounding communities within those states.

While not required, the following qualifications are highly preferred:

  • 6+ months of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, and/or connectivity issues.
  • 6+ months of experience working in a position that requires meeting sales goals.
  • 1-2 years of work experience in a customer service role, preferably in a call center environment.
  • Previous telecommunications experience.
  • A keen aptitude for helping customers and a customer experience focus.
