Key Responsibilities

  • Manage inbound customer interactions via calls, emails, or live chats, ensuring timely and effective resolutions.
  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high satisfaction levels through open and interactive communication.
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers by providing accurate, valid, and complete information using the right methods and tools.
  • Meet personal and team targets, including call-handling quotas, to drive customer service excellence.
  • Maintain detailed records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents accurately.
  • Adhere to communication procedures, guidelines, and policies to ensure consistency and quality in customer service delivery.

Your Qualifications and Skills

We're looking for individuals with a natural talent for helping others and a passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences. To be considered, you'll need:

  • Fluency in Dutch, with a good level of English.
  • Proven customer support or client service representative experience.
  • Strong focus on customer needs and an understanding of customer behavior.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and active listening skills.
  • Strong written skills and the ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • A sense of ownership and pride in your performance and its impact on the company's success.
