Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze documents to identify relevant data to be added into our FACIS database, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Conduct additional research as necessary to interpret documents and ensure data quality, including contacting data authorities for guidance.
  • Communicate clearly with management, peers, and stakeholders on processes and data acquisition/transformation, articulating complex data transformation processes in a straightforward manner.
  • Take ownership of tasks and projects, demonstrating initiative and self-motivation in a remote work environment with limited oversight.
  • Utilize provided resources to answer questions and resolve issues before seeking assistance, showcasing problem-solving skills and a proactive approach.
  • Meet quality and efficiency benchmarks, completing tasks within the Data Entry queue and adhering to deadlines.
  • Participate in additional periodical and/or ad-hoc projects/tasks as necessary, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

Required Skills and Abilities:

  • Willingness to take ownership and initiative on tasks and projects, with a strong work ethic and commitment to delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team to provide on-time results, demonstrating effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong critical thinking skills with excellent attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and quality in data entry tasks.
  • Excellent computer skills, with proficiency in MS Office products and the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
  • Uncompromising approach to meeting deadlines and expectations, with a focus on delivering high-quality results.

Education and Experience:

Required:

  • High School diploma or GED equivalent.
  • Must be at least 18 years of age.

Preferred:

  • Experience in the healthcare industry, with knowledge of industry-specific terminology and processes.
  • Previous experience in data entry and comparison, with a proven track record of accuracy and efficiency.
