About the Role

As a trusted advisor and strategic partner to our clients, you'll be responsible for building and managing strong relationships with C-level stakeholders, understanding their business challenges, and developing tailored solutions that drive real results. Our Mid-Market Sales team is a growth engine for our clients, and as a Senior Account Executive, you'll be instrumental in driving this growth through your expertise, creativity, and passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and Manage Strategic Relationships: Develop a deep understanding of your clients' business goals, marketing objectives, and success metrics, and structure long-term joint strategies that drive mutual success.
  • Drive Growth through Innovative Solutions: Present Google advertising products and solutions that meet clients' evolving needs, and plan and achieve growth goals through data-driven analyses and consultative recommendations.
  • Lead Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to drive client success, and lead projects that showcase our capabilities and deliver tangible results.
  • Stay Ahead of the Curve: Continuously build your knowledge of our advertising products and stay up-to-date on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in digital marketing.
  • Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Anticipate clients' needs, provide market insights, and deliver personalized support to ensure their satisfaction and success.

Qualifications and Skills

To excel in this role, you'll need a strong foundation in digital marketing, sales, or advertising, combined with exceptional communication and analytical skills. Our ideal candidate will have:

Minimum Qualifications

  • A Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • At least 8 years of experience in digital marketing, digital media, or advertising sales.
  • A proven track record of influencing or selling to C-level stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience managing a portfolio in an advertising or media sales context.
  • A background in selling against traditional and digital media advertising solutions.
  • In-depth knowledge of traditional and contemporary online marketing strategies and tactics.
  • The ability to craft compelling narratives and utilize storytelling as a customer engagement strategy.
  • Strong business acumen and the ability to strategically assess and help solve client needs.
  • A proven ability to achieve goals and drive growth.
