About the Role: Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative

We're seeking an experienced Remote Licensed Customer Service Representative to join our team at blithequark. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be supporting one of the largest insurance providers in the U.S., assisting with entry-level auto and property policies. Key Responsibilities:

• Receive, review, and process calls regarding customer's insurance policies, including policy coverage, billing, and modifications.
• Provide exceptional customer service, resolving customer inquiries and concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Utilize system tools to search for answers and information, navigating complex situations with limited information.
• Demonstrate effective verbal and written communication, active listening skills, and empathy.
• Work independently and as part of a team, managing emotions and showing resiliency during stressful situations.
• Take billing calls while waiting for licensing to be processed.

Essential Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Professional customer service aptitude.
• Basic conflict resolution skills.
• Open availability during hours of operation.
• Reside in Utah to be considered for this role.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 6 months to 1 year of relevant work experience.
