As a Financial Analyst in the Global Merchant and Network Services (GM&NS) Estimating team, you'll play a crucial role in driving the company's revenue and profit growth through client-driven pricing principles, flexible pricing architecture, and innovative pricing solutions. Key Responsibilities

• Create a Canada figure for merchant rebate income, tracking month-to-month execution against conjecture and identifying drivers of change.
• Develop merchant rebate income scorecards for the Canada region, ensuring timely and accurate reporting.
• Drive normalization and process improvement among the various regional pricing teams for all reporting and determining related activities.
• Support external audits, including investigating issues found, liaising with regional pricing teams to discuss issues, and managing resolutions.
• Perform ad-hoc data analysis to assess rebate rate trends and uncover insights that inform business decisions.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• A minimum of 2+ years' experience in financial services or payments industry, or other financial roles.
• A four-year college degree in finance, accounting, or business; or a related field.
• High proficiency with Excel, including advanced data analysis and modeling skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to develop complex financial models and draw value-added insights from large datasets.
• Knowledge of programming languages such as SAS/SQL is required.
