reputed company is a financial institution seeking a Financial Wellness Associate to serve as a trusted advisor to clients in their communities. Responsibilities

• Accepts and accurately processes reputed company financial service transactions, while identifying opportunities during the transaction to deepen and expand the reputed company relationship

• Listen for clues for financial wellness opportunities during reputed company conversations and then appropriately transition the clients either individually or to a Banker; Provides effective and customized financial wellness recommendations to clients
• Consistently attains individual activity, behavior, and outcome expectations
• Participate in and occasionally facilitate morning huddles and end of day debriefs
• Follows compliance, audit and reputed company procedures, balances cash drawer reputed company balancing guidelines

Skills

• High School Diploma GED, or equivalent business experience
