Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our team on a full-time basis, working from the comfort of your own home. As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you'll be the primary point of contact for our members, providing timely and effective solutions to their inquiries and concerns. Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to member inquiries via phone, email, or written correspondence, providing clear and concise information about their benefits and plans.
  • Resolve complex issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, escalating to senior staff when necessary.
  • Develop a deep understanding of blithequark's plans, policies, and procedures to effectively guide members through their benefits.
  • Build strong relationships with members by being empathetic, understanding, and proactive in addressing their needs.
  • Document and track interactions with members, providers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate records and follow-up actions.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory requirements and industry developments to ensure compliance and provide informed support to members.
  • Provide additional information and resources to members, such as plan details, benefit information, and self-service tools.
  • Explain member rights and limitations according to their contract, ensuring transparency and clarity.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution.
  • Previous customer service experience in a transactional environment, such as a call center or retail store, with a proven track record of being empathetic and compassionate.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced production environment, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and develop creative solutions.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Preferred Qualifications
