Key Responsibilities

  • Answers incoming customer live chats regarding website navigation issues, service questions, and general client concerns in a timely and professional manner
  • Evaluates customer interactions and elevates issues to the Online Chat Manager when appropriate, ensuring seamless resolution and minimal escalation
  • Creates relationships with new customers to better understand and achieve their needs, providing personalized support and guidance
  • Responds to customer questions, inquiries, requests, and problems accurately, concisely, and appropriately, utilizing strong problem-solving skills and product knowledge
  • Promotes interest in blithequark's products and services, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell, and providing valuable solutions to clients
  • Consistently achieves established standards of the position, demonstrating a strong commitment to quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
  • Continually portrays and projects a positive and professional image, maintaining a high level of integrity, empathy, and courtesy in all interactions
  • Provides administrative support to the customer service team, assisting with overflow work, and other duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and a team-oriented mindset

Essential Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent, with a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices
  • Experience in customer service, preferably in a remote or online environment, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
