In this critical role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service by explaining policy coverage, claim status, and assisting with claim payments or other policy information to policyholders and/or interested reputed company parties reputed company inbound calls. Primary Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound calls, ranging from 70-120 calls per day, in a fast-paced reputed company center environment

• Review and maintain new and revised procedures regarding policy information, staying up-to-date on the latest developments and updates

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

• 1+ years of work experience in a high-volume contact center environment, with additional experience in a receptionist role or a role that involves taking calls on a daily reputed company (strict requirement)
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Remote experience is strongly preferred but not required
• Reliable internet reputed company with a minimum upload and download speed of 20 Mbps, and a hard-wired reputed company
• Must have a smartphone to reputed company VPN
• Insurance industry experience is considered a plus but not a requirement
• For safety reasons, you must have or be willing to obtain a reputed company extinguisher to reputed company in your home

Location and Schedule

You will need to have reputed company availability Monday-Friday between 7:30 am - 6:30 pm CST. Our training program is 2-3 weeks long, Monday-Friday from reputed company-4:30pm CST.
