About the Role

As a Proactive Customer Recall Agent at blithequark, you will play a vital role in providing excellent customer support and information to vehicle owners who are at risk for their level of satisfaction with our products. Your primary responsibility will be to proactively contact customers via phone or email to address their concerns, provide timely and accurate solutions, and ensure that they have a positive experience with our brand. You will also support the department and team leads with operational projects, collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals, and maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in all interactions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer support and information to vehicle owners via phone or email
  • Proactively contact customers to address their concerns and provide timely and accurate solutions
  • Support the department and team leads with operational projects and collaborate with colleagues to achieve common goals
  • Maintain a positive and upbeat attitude in all interactions and ensure that customers have a positive experience with our brand
  • Offer solutions and alternatives to meet customer needs and exceed their expectations
  • Document customer interactions and maintain accurate records of customer communications

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • One or more years of customer service experience (previous call center work, retail, restaurant, fast food, hotel, or any role where you interacted with customers)
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Available to work shifts between 9 a.m. and 9 p.m. Eastern time, Monday to Friday (no weekends)
  • Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably, as some queues are time-sensitive
  • Strong computer navigation and telephone skills
  • Typing skills and ability to problem-solve and take part in discussions as a consultant
  • Able to negotiate/create solutions that meet client, customer, and blithequark objectives
  • Strong work ethic, ability to meet deadlines, excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, and strong attention to detail
  • Able to build positive, lasting relationships with your customer base
  • Full understanding of project operational and workflow processes to meet quality and productivity guidelines

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Degree in a relevant or related field
  • Previous experience in a call center or customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of the automotive industry and our products
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software and other technology tools
