About the Role

This role is a member of the Customer Service Team within the Operations Division at blithequark. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Remote Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering top-notch service, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct training for customer service representatives in areas of expertise
  • Act as a mentor to other customer service representatives
  • Lead teams or coordinate projects to resolve customer issues or improve processes
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as operations and technical teams, to resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Develop and implement customized solutions for customer issues or concerns
  • Stay informed about daily airline operations, including areas of responsibility
  • Review daily needs according to aircraft/departmental targets and management directives
  • Analyze customer issues or concerns that may cause delays or cancellations, significant uses of labor or materials, or breaks in maintenance activities, and determine appropriate corrective actions
  • Provide customer service support as needed to resolve customer complaints or concerns
  • Develop action plans for customer service projects and pursue detailed attitudes according to estimated needs
  • Coordinate with other airline departments, as needed, to accommodate effective and efficient execution of customer service activities

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience in a related field or 2 years of experience without a degree
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to analyze technical information and make data-driven decisions
  • Capacity to prepare and deliver presentations that advance acceptance of solutions
  • Ability to connect with internal and external customers effectively

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • A&P license
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and other software applications
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
