About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Customer Support Associate to work closely with our internal engineering and customer success teams to directly support our customers and escalate issues as necessary. As a Customer Support Associate at blithequark, you will be responsible for organizing and escalating issues to the engineering team, helping answer product questions, and educating our customer base. This is a remote opportunity, and you can work from anywhere in the USA, with the option to work from our co-working locations in Charlotte or downtown Chicago.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming customer questions and concerns via email and our support portal, providing timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Interface with internal sales and customer success teams to ensure pilots and existing customers are supported, and their needs are met.
  • Work with the engineering team to escalate and investigate bugs and product questions, ensuring that issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.
  • Use Notion and other tools to manage internal processes and information, maintaining accurate records and ensuring seamless communication across teams.
