Job Responsibilities

As a Patient Account Representative with blithequark, your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Answering and making phone calls to patients, insurance companies, and hospital departments to resolve inquiries, address concerns, and provide timely support
  • Updating and documenting financial data to ensure accurate reimbursement and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements

Qualifications and Requirements
