Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

  • 1+ years of experience in a customer service role, with a proven track record of providing exceptional support and resolving customer complaints.
  • Must currently reside in one of the following states: MN, WI, IA, or MI, with a reliable high-speed internet connection and the ability to be hard-wired.
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, with a strong foundation in communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.

  • Previous experience working in a call center environment, with a strong understanding of customer service principles and practices.
