Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Live Chat specialist to handle live chat interactions with our customers. Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to live chat inquiries from customers in a timely and professional manner
• Provide accurate and detailed information about our shipping containers and services
• Resolve customer complaints and concerns in a fair and efficient manner
• Utilize our CRM system to manage customer interactions and maintain accurate records
• Collaborate with our sales team to identify sales opportunities and drive revenue growth
• Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on our products and services
• Work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• A high school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in customer support or a related field
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Proficiency in CRM software and live chat platforms
• Availability to work 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday, 9am-6pm EST (with flexibility to adjust to other time zones)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Knowledge of shipping containers and their applications
• Certification in customer service or a related field
• Proficiency in multiple languages

What We Offer:

At blithequark, we're committed to providing our team members with a comprehensive compensation and benefits package, including:

• Base salary of $500 per month
• 5% commission on container sales (approximately $20-$30 per container)
• Paid training and ongoing support
• Paid sick days and paid days off
• Holidays such as Christmas, Christmas Eve, Thanksgiving, 4th of July, New Year's Day, and New Year's Eve
• Contract provided
• Payment via Wise or Payoneer, twice per month
