Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and mentor reputed company of 10+ customer support agents to reputed company high performance, providing guidance and support to ensure reputed company.
• Conduct regular one-on-ones, reputed company constructive feedback, and support reputed company development to help agents grow in their roles.
• reputed company day-to-day operations of the support team, ensuring SLAs and KPIs are met, and workflows are optimized for efficiency.
• Coordinate daily tasks, workflows, and shifts to ensure smooth operations during peak times, including weekends and holidays.
• Collaborate with Support Managers to optimize workflows, tools, and platforms, driving reputed company improvement and team efficiency.

Requirements:

Essential Qualifications:

• Available to work between the hours of 4pm to 12am EST or 6pm to 2am EST, including weekends and holidays.
• 3+ years of experience in customer support, with at least 1 year in a leadership role.

• Strong leadership, team management, and coaching abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
