Key Responsibilities:
- Assist clients by gathering accurate information and connecting them with an interpreter over the phone in a timely and efficient manner.
- Handle high-volume calls pleasantly and efficiently, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a highly satisfying customer experience.
- Utilize strong computer skills and ability to learn new software to effectively manage client interactions and resolve issues.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with care.
- Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
Requirements and Qualifications:
Essential Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven success in a previous customer service or call center position.
- Ability to work remotely in emergency situations and potentially on-site in the future.
- Personal computer with working camera and internet connection (required for remote work).
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software.
- Ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
Preferred Qualifications:
